Looking to lose some excess weight? Plan ahead to do some photo sharing. Take before and after photos of yourself. I know it sometimes isn’t nice to take photos of yourself and see yourself not at your best. However, there’s no easier way to illustrate your progress. The “after” photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. But the before pictures will spur you on to stay focused and on track and to see just how far you’ve traveled on your journey.
